Turtle Migration

One of the most memorable experiences at Las Mañanitas and Tortuga Bay is the release of baby turtles into the Sea—and turtle release time is August to October. Young and old alike gather on the beach in front of the resorts, home to migrating Olive Ridley and Leatherback turtles. Guests are thrilled to gather, assisting the turtles in their journey to the Sea. The turtles will return to the shores of Los Cabos and most likely you will too.
