I grew up on a small barrier island on the New Jersey shore where I like to say “you either fish, surf, or leave..”  I did both until I found Los Cabos. I have a BA from Seton Hall University, where, I studied pre-law and was an active member of the Pi Kappa Alpha National Fraternity.  I put myself though college by fishing.  I have a US Coast Guard Captains License and have fished the competitive Marlin Tournament circuit for almost 20 years. Most recently I hooked the largest White Marlin caught in competition in 29 years winning my team First place in the largest tournament in the world the White Marlin Open in Ocean City Maryland 8/09 and then came home to Los Cabos to win the Bisbee Los Cabos Tournament with a 438lb Blue Marlin 10/09. I have lived in Los Cabos for almost 14 years and have worked with Baja Properties since day one as agent and Sales Manager.  Over that time I have been a Top MLS Producer helping my clients realize their dream of owning property here in Los Cabos by working tirelessly to know the inventory, area and process for foreigners to own in Mexico. My Specialty is Beach Front in San Jose, the corridor and East Cape for both residential and commercial investment.  I have worked closely with Developers in finding and effectuating large parcel acquisitions.  I know Los Cabos because I love Los Cabos both on Land and Sea..  My years of hard work have paid off and I now own 2 beachfront properties, my primary residence at Tortuga Bay and my dream beach house on the East Cape. When not working or fishing I am enjoying the riches the Baja has to offer by kayaking, snorkeling, playing golf, hiking and walking the beach with my dogs.  I am very fortunate to have most of my clients become my friends and be able to share this place, culture and life style that I am blessed to enjoy daily with others.
