Meet John.

John saw the light for the first time in the Southern tip of the Baja. Born to Mike Schaible, who founded Baja Properties over 30 years ago, John has closely observed and studied the company as it evolved into what it is today, thus allowing him to organically and solidly learn the family business from the ground up.

John left Baja for a few years to expand his education and also ski as one of the two members of the Mexican Olympic Skiing team. He spent extended periods of time in parts of Utah and Colorado, where he worked quite a few years as a property manager in a large corporation in Denver, also having rehabilitated properties in the Fort Collins Colorado area. After receiving his Colorado real estate license, John returned home to Los Cabos to bring his first-hand knowledge and experience in the space to the local real estate market.

John currently advises clients on their international acquisitions to help create a safe purchase environment and experience in Los Cabos.
