Meet Paul.

Paul Irvine decided to sell his San Diego home, quit his job, and follow his dream of moving to Baja six years ago, and he is yet to experience even the slightest of regrets. He feels strongly about exercise, sports, pushing himself, eating healthy, and feeling empathy toward others, since you never know what people are going through. Paul steers clear from not holding grudges or resentments. He loves jumping into the Sea of Cortez every day, and fostering dogs for Cortez Rescue in Los Barriles.

Paul has always been interested in Real Estate. When the opportunity to work for Baja Properties came up two years ago, he simply jumped on it as he saw the perfect opportunity to do what he does best: find the right property for his clients and make sure they are happy with their purchase. Paul works in tandem with his girlfriend Nancy Lowell, who is also a Real estate Agent for Baja Properties.

He started to carve out his career in sales when he became an outside sales agent for the Hardwood Lumber Company back in Phoenix, Arizona. The feeling of success he gained when his very first set of business cards with his name on them was handed to him instilled a sense of enthusiasm that would eventually turn into a successful career in sales. He ended up being the only rep in the Phoenix market and the #2 sales rep in the company.
